We are a Calgary based brokerage, but we can handle Sale/Purchase of your Real Estate anywhere in Alberta..
Our team has experience handling Residential, Commercial as well as Rural real estate transactions. We also handle Property Management for residential properties.
There is no commission split, as well no monthly fee.

Property Management
We charge a one time $250 administration fees plus 8% of the monthly rent and we don't charge any annual lease renewal fees.
We currently have 2 property managers looking after your needs.
We have been managing properties since 2022, and have many satisfied customers who have listed property with us.
Once we have your completed rental application to rent one of our properties, we normally process applications within 48 hours provided all your references clear in time.
We have more experience managing single family dwelling and apartment units, but we have managed Townhouses, Duplex units and row houses as well in the past so many years of property management.
